Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts to INTIBA: Journal of Islamic Education and Thought Studies. Submissions must be original, scholarly, and relevant to the scope of Islamic education and Islamic thought. All manuscripts must adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Manuscript Submission

  • Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system.
  • Submissions must not have been previously published or be under consideration elsewhere.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and originality of the manuscript.

2. Manuscript Structure

The manuscript must follow this structure:

  • Title (concise and informative)
  • Author Name(s) & Affiliation(s)
  • Abstract (150–250 words) and Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Methodology
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References (APA style or journal standard)

3. Formatting Requirements

  • Manuscript length: 4,000–8,000 words.
  • Typed in 1.5 spacing on A4 paper size.
  • Font: Goudly Old Style, size 12 pt.
  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.
  • References must use the latest APA citation style.

4. Review Process

  • All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
  • Reviewers evaluate originality, quality, relevance, and contribution to knowledge.
  • Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer feedback.

5. Ethical Considerations

  • Authors must ensure the manuscript is free from plagiarism.
  • Any conflict of interest must be declared.
  • Citations must be accurate and properly referenced.

6. Copyright and License

Articles published in this journal are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication.
